Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Grocery & Perishable Products

Due to the nature of grocery products, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened food products
  • Perishable goods
  • Fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Dairy products
  • Frozen products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

However, returns or replacements may be approved if:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery.
  • The item is expired.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product quality is significantly different from what was ordered.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for such issues.

Free Return Shipping

Eligible returns qualify for free return shipping. We will provide instructions for the return process after reviewing your request.

No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, approved refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI
  • Other mutually agreed payment methods

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
